So I got up real fuckin' early this morning and went to take the SAT's. They seemed much easier than all of the practice tests I've been taking so I'm really hoping that I got a decent score.

Anyway, I got up and it was cloudy and 56 degrees out, now there isn't a cloud in the sky and it's fuckin' 95. *pants* I am sort of glad it cleared up though, 'cause I'm goin' to JB's graduation party in about half an hour and we'll be out on the beach for most of the party.

And... that's all I've got to say. I'll post about the party when I get back.

I been tagged by Miss [info]babyeraserhead!

"List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're not any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now, shaping your spring. Post these instructions in your LJ along with your 7 songs. Then tag 7 other people to see what they're listening to."

1. Mein Herz Brennt, by Rammstein
2. Shout, by Tears for Fears
3. One Headlight, by The Wallflowers
4. Even Flow, by Pearl Jam
5. Bleed Together, by Soundgarden
6. Layla, by Derek and the Dominos
7. October Moon, by Demonika and the Darklings

Considering how pathetically small my friend's list is... and the fact that most of my friends are different journals made by the same person, *cough*Elena*cough*, I've only got three friends who haven't already been tagged for this. So I tag [info]aggravating, [info]hrdan74, and [info]razzledazzle44.

Now we're rollin'...

So it's been way too long since my last update. Despite this fact, there are only two really important things going on!

First thing: I got my permit today (finally...)! I'm gonna practice driving with my mother's car, and when I finally get my license I have my own car to drive. Granted it's a Mazda 3 hatchback that's as old as I am, but it runs. So watch out Massachusetts the roads are no longer safe.

Second thing: I'll be graduating in a few months, which I can't wait for. Then I'm taking a year off to play my guitar and work on my art. I haven't done either of these things in so long, and I miss them so damn much. I think I'll be a hell of a lot happier once I've finished high school.

I'll also try to update more in my spare time, I know I say that all of the time but I mean it this time. I barely communicate with any of my friends anymore and I intend to change that.

Peace.

Happy birthday to me! I'm eighteen so I'm officially considered to be an adult by the government.

I spent most of my day out with my mother and sister. They took me to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch, then my mother bought me a new shirt, tie, and new shoes to go with the suit I just bought. Afterward my cousin Melissa took me out to buy my first scratch ticket. She was going to take me to buy cigarettes and down to the local adult store, but the adult store was closed and all of the stores we went to weren't selling the cigarettes I want. Oh well, I still have a few hours left of the day so I'm gonna go enjoy myself!

Happy Valentine's Day everyone, hope you all enjoyed it. I got to go to work, but lucky for me it was my last shift there. So far I don't have much for new job ideas lined up but I'll come up with something.

Other than that not much is happening. I'm doing all the prep work for my graduation, and taking the SAT's and all of that other shit, along with a shitload of school work. This, of course, would all be a lot easier if I didn't waste so much time playing World of Warcraft. :x Looks like I need to find a new hobby.

Happy new year boys and girls, here's hoping it's a good one.

And happy birthday, Elena. Sorry I'm a couple hours late but I figure it still counts.

Man where did this year go...

So I cut my hair. It looks really great, I'll post pictures as soon as I get them.

In other news I'm still working a lot but that's all coming to an end. All of the managers are done with their vacations (or will be in a couple of weeks) and I've only got about five more shifts to go. So I'll update with pictures and more detailed news hopefully by the end of this week (three of those long shifts are this week)!

Shooting through another week.

Well, it's been awhile since I've posted so I figured I'd do so.

Last week was great, I spent the week in Maine with my grandparents. It's always so nice and peaceful up there. Anyway, I took the bus up there on Tuesday and we went out to dinner. After dinner we went home and pretty much went to bed. Wednesday my grandmother and I went into the observatory on the new bridge over the Penobscot. You can see, well, a lot. I took a bunch of pictures on my grandmother's camera so I may have them to post at some point but I'm not making any promises. Then we went to Fort Knox for a few minutes. Then we went back home and just hung around. Thursday I went grocery shopping with my grandfather, and I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean with my grandmother. Friday I helped them set up a new cupboard in their kitchen, then I went target shooting with my grandfather. On Saturday I got back on the bus and headed home.

As for what's happened since then, I worked with my father to start putting my bedroom door back up (long fucking story) on Sunday. Monday I didn't do much of anything. And today I went to see Pirates, again, with JB, Brett and Steve. Oh and I officially have a part-time job at Barnes and Noble! That was a great thing to wake up to. All in all things have been good.

I wanna feel you from the inside.

This week was interesting to say the least. I worked all day on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. I didn't do much on Tuesday, just sort of hung around. I spent Friday helping my mom clean the house again. Then my mom left for this political convention with her friends leaving Dad, Ana and me to fend for ourselves, and wouldn't ya know it the furnace broke. So yesterday (which was my mother's birthday) my father and I spent all day fixing the damned furnace. By the time we were finished it was nine o'clock at night and my mom had arrived home from her convention. We were all a little too tired to cook so we went out to dinner instead. As for today, we celebrated mom's birthday considering she wasn't home yesterday. Took her out to breakfast, bowling and then we hung around at Barnes and Noble. When we got home we had cake and gave her, her presents.

As for life in general, not much is going on. I'm just doing schoolwork and housework most of the time, and still playing guitar on the side.

Doesn't matter who you are. Does not matter what the fuck you say!

Today was a productive day. I got the chance to exercise and do my schoolwork, and I still had time to go out. I went to the mall with my mom and sister, we hung out and got lunch. Then went to Barnes & Noble to pick up my first paycheck of the summer, thirty whole dollars! My next paycheck will be much better, at least it's money.

I finally got One Man Revolution, by the Nightwatchman. Tom Morello's solo, acoustic, protest cd. It's awesome,I recommend it to everyone.

Then on the way home I began to realize how much I miss my music, so I shut myself in my room and picked up my guitar. I am intent on mastering this instrument, then I plan to start writing my own music. Maybe if I'm lucky I'll even land a few gigs at the local coffee shops... all of this piled onto my schoolwork of course but I think I can handle it.

Well, I've cleaned up my journal, I'm starting over. This should be interesting.
